Education and Empowerment 101.  With illiteracy among Mayan women at nearly 70% and the rate of domestic violence one of the highest in the world,  Guatemala is a dangerous place to be a mother.  The women in our villages need to be able to stand on their own.  To be educated and empowered.  Summer 2013…It's going to happen!
